Comprehensive Abortion Services

Our dedicated team offers comprehensive abortion care, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of medical attention. From medication abortion to surgical procedures, we provide personalized care tailored to your needs. Rest assured, our services are safe, confidential, and non-judgmental. Here are the services we offer:

  • Medication abortion (abortion pill), up to 10 weeks
  • Dilation and evacuation surgical abortion, between 16 and 24 weeks

One Trip Convenience

Equity Clinic eliminates the need for multiple trips by offering a streamlined process. Patients only need to make one trip to our clinic in Illinois for their abortion procedure. There’s no requirement for in-person follow-up appointments, making the process as convenient as possible for our patients. Depending on which of the states mentioned above you are traveling from, it could take anywhere from 3 to 17 hours by car, or 1 to 5 hours by plane. No matter where you’re coming from, if you need assistance with travel or a place to stay, we can assist you in getting here safely.

“Late term abortion” is not a medical term but a commonly used political term to shame people who terminate pregnancies in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. At Equity Clinic, we understand that there can be a lot of judgment put on our patients, and because of this we prefer to avoid using language like “late term abortion” and use the specific trimester the pregnancy is in (ie. first, second, or third), or the name of the specific procedure (like “Dilation and Evacuation”) when referring to abortion procedures.
